BrooklineCAN not BCAN

Brookline Community Aging Network – BrooklineCAN – is an all‑volunteer organization that focuses on Brookline as a great place to live.
The Bladder Cancer Advocacy Network, or BCAN, was founded in 2005 and is the only national advocacy organization devoted to advancing bladder cancer research and supporting those impacted by the disease.
The Boston Climate Action Network (BCAN) has been operating since the early 2000s. We’re members of the Mass Climate Action Network (MCAN), the Green Justice Coalition, and Mass Power Forward.

In 2013 or 2014 we changed our logo and agreed to always use BrooklineCAN instead of BCAN in public. We did this to emphasize our Brookline connection and avoid confusion with other organizations that call themselves BCAN.
